I like this piece! Nice bluring effect on the rain and great depth in the sky. The only thing I'd fix is the reflected light from the lightning, and the objects sticking out of the sand have no depth they look like surfboards. Give the edges a bit of a blur and very the contrast in the shadow. Over all great job!
