My opinion - she doesn's seem to be sitting on the dragon. Maybe her right leg over his back?
It would be better instead the blue part of her cloak to finish the background and red dragon's back :-)

Technically this is very good. The image is clean and the anatomy well done. I’m surprised it was not given a “standout” status as the image is so iconoclastically digitatart.org.
