She is a Circus performer who is tired and stressed from a long day of work and is being cheered up and entertained by her little sidekick (a capuchin monkey) that is offering her a snack.

Thank you so much for your wonderful comments. The picture on the mirror is actually a guy that she is seeing. I thought that it would be a fun touch to add to give the viewer something to think about and to add an extra element to her story and character. There is also a little note on her mirror which you can't really see that well which says "Meet John at 9:pm".

Wonderful concept, and extraordinary use of color! Also, detail is quite nice. This certainly deserves art of the week! Only one question: Who is the guy in the photo on the mirror? If i may ask.
