Artist's Comment

Based on some of my favourite places, close to where i live in South Wales UK.

The castle walls were drawn side profile using Rhino, extruded slightly and finally bent into the right shape. Once all the models were done, they were placed into Vue to join the landscape I had prepped separately.

Photoshop was used to sort colour, a fair bit of edgework and the sky which was from a photo taken at one of the locations this image is based on.

GREAT. I found Wales to be a sureal almost magical place. Your lighting in this work is perfect, exactly as I recall. Thanks.
