This was painted entirely in Photoshop .

Venice greatly influnced the image (Italian Renaissance)and Assassins Creed 2.

The story Behind the charactor:

He is founder of one of the worlds leading Assassins Guilds: He brought the idea of using material wealth as a means of terrifying his victims, wearing the attire of a nobleman with his ornate golden mask. The idea being the last thing his victims would see would be the greed they had sought all there lives coming to kill them. The actual assassins were of the common people. This was also a good way for them to blend in with the noblemen they preyed on. The few had most of the material wealth, and his actions created fear in those greedy few, but gave hope to the people.

Painted in Photoshop Cs2 with my bamboo tablet.

Hello again, Joe

You've improved greatly, I must say. everything is better this time, especially anatomy and proportions (on the character). The clothing is original and fits him well, and I also liked his background story. The weapons are awesome, as well as the mask (which is done extremely well).

But I got to agree on the water, though, it seems like two different, independent pieces, not like floating liquid (when it comes to trying to look at both at the same time). It looks like you've used different perspectives on the "two pieces".

But in total, a good, interesting and entertaining pice of art. thanks =)

Seriously good work done here, but he's not hiding that sword very well lol.

Love the architecture, the figure, though essential to your story, distracts from the beauty of the buildings.
