A walker hijacked by tundra pirats. They wear fancy high hats partly because of their image, but also as part of their way of decieving victims. Plunder and flee policy. The bags around the sides of the "fortress" part of the walker, contain sand and metal screws. Very well armored indeed. Again sketch on real paper, colored in photoshop. Have you ever seen the movie "Howl's moving castle"? It has walking legs like this, but bigger. You've done a pretty good steam age image. The top-hat guys are a great idea.
