Just playing around in painter back in '07 when I first bought it. That program is so packed full of brushes it's ridiculous! This was done over the course of a few days just for fun learning some tools. Crits welcomed.

I agree with B.M. also, you could have put more work into the body and legs.

Field, knight, flames, background with mountains and dark clouds and moon.. all that is wonderful. It's just the dragon, with it's face, textures and proportions..

I really like everything but the dragon's face. It seems really cartoony compared to the rest.
