I did a basic underwater scene using mostly resources in Vue 6. The barrel came from www.varian.net/dreamview. The lighting model is Global Radiosity. I wanted to use a spectral atmosphere to create the caustics, but it caused the surface to turn white. I decided to just use a quadratic spotlight with a light gel.
nice. think maybe some more difference in the vegetation would make it more interesting. maybe making the sizes of the corals more varying. you have a lot of atmosphere here, which is good.
