this is pretty good, but it could use a little more work. It looks like there should be more shadow below the nose, and the hair line looks a little off. You can fix the hair by either making it more abstract like the hair or adding more detail. Right now its at the in between stage and looks as though its not finished. Good job on the eyes they look great.
