hi :), sharing my recent digitaly painted still life, "Still life with Chrysanthemums". these flowers are Chrysanthemum leucanthemums, which are commonly known as Daisies.
i went for a classical/neo-classical mood, light and setting, with a modern treatment, thats suggestive and spontaneous with visible brushwork and have handled it in a pure traditional painting style, the look that i love.
painted all from scratch, in artrage, using tablet. its actually painted from memory (i have the stuff that i studied, from life, a day before i started to paint this), with a couple of parts, that were visualised. most important for me was to have variety of materials/textures along with a feeling of air/ambience surrounding this simple set up.
