Wow....no comments? This is very nice! I think some proportions are off, such as the eyes being to slim, and a lot of the photoshop painted detail is obvious due to lack of realism, such as the jewelry and hair. However, the details, such as the freckles and lips, are great.
I know command you to learn two things! First, learn the hair rendering in Max. Second, learn ZBrush for more in depth sculpting.
