nice! i dunno how i feel about the background, it feels a little washed out, like not half as solid as the face... but i love the way you painted the face- lots of structure is indicated, and the expression is interesting :)

I really like his expression; his glare and his smile are a bit enigmatic. You can't really tell what's on his mind.
