Like many other young warriors of her people, Numaë patrols the borders of the elven forest to scare away wayfarers and to prevent invasions. She sincerely loves nature and the forest. She is more tolerant than most of her kinsmen, but shows no mercy to those who spoil the Eternal forest and plunder its sanctuaries.
The elves of Lyonesse know that Numaë will do anything to protect them. As a token of their faith, they have entrusted her with a powerful talisman that allows her to blend in with her environment. Numaë sometimes shares this power with the members of her company, who accompany the elven guardians on their journey. |
