I started sketching whilst watching a documentary about the colossal dam on China's Yangtze river.
Saddening that all that history shall be flooded out of existence. but i could help but leave my jaw on the ground with regard to the sheer scale of the structure..700mtres in height (or feet?) it can be seen from space.
about 5 days later, whilst laying in bed, .i had this vision of the architecture which you can see in the middle..
It built itself up piece by piece, even the lions head was part of it all..the whole structure took on the chinese aesthetic..it was incredible..i could see where all structures went, accurately...it just built itself up..and before you ask, the final result is not as stunning as my vision...But i am great ful for the experience...and hope to experience more visions..i am always greatful for them.
Reference used for Lions head and Statues..I have many buddhas lying around the house :P
