I agree with Dan Scutter, but I think that the dull grey background is beneficial, drawing the eye across a greater distance and stressing the flower-woman's uniqueness.

I like the contrast between the dark, almost dreary environment and the bright, colorful subject centered in frame. I agree with Ice Fire Storm though, there seems to be a lot of unused 'canvas' here. Some more objects in the environment or maybe a closer view of the subject would have been nice. But overall, I like it a lot.
