The highlighting is most excellent, and the face looks so realistic. I like the soft patterns across the shirt, too. Really nice use of dark and light tones. The shadowing in the background is really good and gives the pic a 3d look.

i really like this pic simple but vary nice i have tryed my self to get a pic like this but i dont think that i can make it as well as you did i really love the highlights
