Portrait of Deedlit from Record of Lodoss War. I wanted to try something different, and something with a lot of red in it as opposed to green/blue.
The concept behind was Deedlit mourning the death of Parn, the way Arwen did for Aragorn in Return of the King.

Digitally painted using PSCS2 and a wacom tablet.
Time: About 8 hours total in 2 sittings.

this has a very dark and sad mood, not only because of the colors, but they expression on the character's face is heart breaking.
