I love the composition!!! This is my all-time fave pic! It proved inspiring, and now have a fantasy character inspired from this pic, named Aredél. And, by the way, it has no lack of emotion whatsoever. It is all hidden in her half-smile and her eyes, which are sparkling. Excellent piece; keep up the great work! I love this work. To me, the lack of emotion is actually perfect. She's an archer. She has a job to do, and she does it well. (Hopefully!) And, upon looking at the work again, I sort of see resignation in her eyes, like she either has to do, or just has done, something which she isn't entirely happy with, but has to accept. She sort of looks like she's about to cry.
Of course, I may be reading way too much into this piece. I'm a writer, so I tend to find stories everywhere.
But still, GREAT work.
