Whoa! This is awesome but i agree with renua giwa-amu. The eyes dont seem as full of liife. But i think that the eyes look like she has tears in her eyes! It is very good.

u have such captivating ideas..and i'm only 15 but i already know that if i ever paint like you,i would have died and gone to heaven.my only fault with this is her eyes..they dont seem to me to be as alive as your other paintings..its still amazing tho.

This piece is haunting. This beauty left lying in the attic (?) of memory so long that cobwebs drape from her hair speaks of lost, or unrequited love. I am enthralled by the detail, and the use of light and shadow. The picture evokes a fatalistic despair, and sense of loss for me.

Man, this painting is beautiful. It reminds me of myself, it's kinda creepy. I met my ex-fiance when I was 16 years old and within a year, we were engaged. It was a long-distance relationship (I was in Austin, TX; he, in Shreveport, LA), but we made it work as best we could. But by 19, he had dropped off the face of the earth, after making so many promises of what would be our beautiful life together. I still feel like there is a small part of me waiting for him by the window, waiting to see that old El Camino come tearing around that corner with him yelling in that Cajun accent of his, "C'mon, girl, we're going to Hollywood!"
