Great work. The water especially is great.
Crit: Personally I prefer a more earthy color for a scene like this. This one is too saturated for my taste. It will also great to see a more intense action movement.
As for the elf, when drawing a bow, the elbow should level (and slightly downward) with her shoulder, not upward.

Excellent! Nice use of lighting, and depiction of movement.
My only complaint would be that the Elf Archer on the left appears a little two-dimensional when compared to the other elements.
Otherwise: fantastic work.
