All I can say is I hope the above concept would never be needed. Unfortunatly I fear that the direction the world is headed in will need this and much more to protect it's citizens.

Since this is my concept for protection in a future world. That in turn makes the future world my concept as well and in my concepted future world, bullets are still the quickest and cheapest way to kill someone.

One suggestion change the word Bullets to Projectiles. Why you ask well who knows what ammo the future will throw at us?
