"Welcome, children, to the Undertree Inn. Where you can play and party all night long, without adults to say "don't do this", "don't do that" or "go to bed". When you're tired, comfortable beds are already prepared at the second floor. Enjoy yourself, don't mind the screams you heard at night. When morning come, the caretaker will escort what's left of you to the edge of the forest. It will be an experience you'll never forget."
Half an hour sketch, 20 or so hours (5 days) of fun painting ^^.
Although it turned exactly as I wanted, I'm still not satisfied on some part. Plus, I don't know if drawing those misty dementor-ish things on the background a good idea or not, but it does support the story ^^.

Great attention of detail to the enviroment. It really brings this piece out. Great use of colors as it's used to convey an eerie presence. The only thing I would do is go back and touch up the house a little bit. Some parts of the house lack texture and look a little rushed. Other than that great work, I sure this took some time and it turned out great!

Great! The only thing that is missing is a small black bat at the top right corner, between the trees. Rather than that, great!

Wow, very nice work. Love the mood here. The dementor like things are cool. It's like they are there, but they aren't... if that makes any sense.. ^_^;
P.S.: Your lighting is to die for! It's kinda hard to find people that know the behavior of light =)
