The blurring gives a dream like quality. The image feels so intimate, though. The viewer feels like an intruder on a private moment.

looks nice. Her most important spots in her face is a bit blurry i think, which is not a good thing. I think a picture is much more interesting when the most crucual features of the human body is exagerated or in some way brought to the audience's attention. she would be much cooler to look at if you try defining her nose and her eyes a bit more.
