I agree about the rain I think maybe it needs to be thicker not so fine. Other than that stunning work! I adore the water and ship. Very nice painting :)

Nice, but I find the rain rendering dissapointing. It lacks depth, and feels more like scratches than rain. I acknowledge that rain is very tough to pull off and have yet to try it, so I don't mean to be too hard on the piece. It is a good piece, but I personally think that the way the rain is now hurts the piece.

Well, I don't know who rated this work an 3.50, but it's worth a 5.00 because of the drama and excellent composition. So there you go; a well deserved 5.00!
