Artist's Comment

This is an illustration from my own writing. This is a moment when a demon who is the embodyment of hatred, is using his magic on the characters in the book to cause them to turn on eachother. The bear is turning on the ice goddess who is defending one of her subjects from another character in the book. I did this with my new Cintiq 21Ux(see www.wacom.com), and I love it. Updated yet again on 11-14-2005 (submited for update then). I declared this one finished a bit too early and ended up doing some revisions to improve it pretty dramatically.

The bear's shape looks a little weird... very human-like.., and at first I had absolutly no idea what was going on until I read yoru desc. Make sure all grass is bent the same way, it hardly opens like you did it, however I do like the ice! ^^. Sharpen those clouds a bit too
