This is truly very good. Not only do you capture the essence of the sphinx, but you make a significant comment about her as well. One can sense what kind of creature this is - solitary, aloof, proud, watching, brooding even, a sense of her being in command. Also, the clouds are quite brilliant.

Beautiful work Bill.
Nice use of light with the sheen on the rocks.
I also like the sky, those clouds and the sun's rays are very nicely done.
