Wow! This is a very well crafted piece of work! An artist at work here, not a programmer! Surreal and with a subtile sense of humour! Storytelling through a dynamic composition; the cats and dogs actually seem to move in front of the viewers eyes. And that wanted-cat poster is REALLY cool! Great sense for detail where it actually matters, great choice of colour and wonderful signature way of working overall. It catches one again and again. This one should be a standout in my opinion because it's really different! I'll give it a 5.00 because of the refreshing artistic quality. Trust me, I'm a fulltime graphic artist and I've been around with lots of creative minds!
