This is an illustration for Fantasy Flight Games collectible card game named A Game of Thrones, which is based on the world of best-selling author George R.R. Martin's A Song of Ice & Fire.

The character is Renly Baratheon, he might be a "pretty boy", but he is still the born leader.

Illustrations for card games like this always have short deadlines, and are supposed to be viewed on a smaller scale than here.
