long time no see... it has been some very tough months, or a very tough year.

Been busy studying animaion, updating my homepage and ... well stuff!

I made this piece while at school... between two animation projects actually. Found myself having some sparetime, so I ofcourse used it creating more stuff.

I think it is about 3000 X 5- or 6000 pixels... it took something like a day to make, and it is kept really simple... like my great hero goodbrush.com, only a bit more detailed.

It was actually ment as an update for a earlier piece of mine, also called island, but it soon developed into to something much more exciting.

furthermore my tablet at school broke, so i had to use the mouse. The mouse is actually ok. Totally forgotten how it was to work with mice.

well... just take a look at this... nothing special.. the colours are very nasty, for future REMEMBER - less 'artists comment' more WORK!!!

This has a kind of Suess feel to it. I really like the use of color & the attention to detail in some areas, I like the blurred detail as well . Maybe more attention to that detail in the "shack" would give it a more finished look. Very nice work!

I like it, I haven�t looked at your other pieces yet so I don�t know what I should be �expecting�. I�d put a little more texture on the water, the gradient doesn�t seem to match with the rest.
