This is a portrait of a dog who liked rivers and streams, and the outdoors. It caused me a lot of trouble and took a long time, because of the colours. These colours hurt my eyes. Using blue is always a problem--but all's well that ends well, eh?

What a terrific composition. The way the branches curve around creates a nice frame to the pose of the figure. I particularly like the details in the branches and foliage. Great work Socar.
