I've put a LOT of work into this piece; I forgot how many hours it took me to finish it (and how much sleep I lost in the past few day...heh). I wanted to do something that was very realistic and yet, at the same time, retained a bit of the more "clumsy" traditional painting look. I think it turned out ok. And anyway, being that I've been away from digital painting for a while, it was good to be back at a serious challenge like this was. The reference I took from microcuts.net. It's good! I like it, the only thing that disturbes me is that I tend to focus on the little white scribbles on his cheeks and nose, it's a bit too sharp, but hey, that's just me, you're amazing!
