my first artwork in this community. I made this for a local art-book submission (may 2004). the process is quite easy. first i trace the girl (from photo), then i add shadows (100% black = comic style), create patterns for the kimono, create the background, than compose the colour. The challenge when i make this artwork is the colour. i was encouraged to make colours a lil bit different (i usually use analogue then complementary). well, here's the result. feedbacks are welcome. thank you.

I really like the style in this. Especially the transparancy of whats on her back and the tiny black individuum at the left bottom. Good job!!!

Reminds me of the cover of Millenium Actress... I never saw the movie... but it just reminds me of it i guess... good job!
