I think I would tend to agree with ImageIMP about removing the people to strengthen the image as a whole. I also wonder what it would be like if the cubes continued off of the image area. That might add to the monumental feeling of the structure. Otherwise this is a really interesting composition... It reminds me of Escher's impossible structures, like his waterfall building. Very nice.

Really interesting - Maybe "whoever" would be looking out the windows might not be People?! (I'd take out the "people" on the steps on bottom-left, and let imagination fly!)
