There was a thread in epilogues forums asking if we wish to depict a creature from a world created by novelist China Mieville.I choose "The Scar".Which i had never read at all by this stage.It basically was "A creature the size of a continent".Later i learned that it is an "Avanc" a creature harnessed in the oceans to haul a giant city made up of boats called "Armada" across the oceans!.Now that i have almost finished reading the novel,The ship is from the wrong era and the "Avanc" is too small.HAH!

Excellent Piece... Turqoise glows beautifully in the delicate lavenders and subtle pinks... Love it!
