Hmmm.
I both like the figure and also think I don't need the figure to like this work. THe unique/frantic script which reminds me of the lunatic scrawlings of a mathematician in search of some elusive solution is intriguing. The color choices, and the fractured nature of the figure's body are nice.
In looking at it, I do think the face is important for establishing a connection and holding interest. I have to say I find this a compelling image.
It seems to actually provoke more questiions than provide answers.
Oh the irony.
