In a more creative interpretation, I'll just assume that in any world with dragons, someone going out with the intent of fighting a frost dragon would bring some magical means to protect himself, or risk instant death.
I'm giving it a solid 5. I really like what you've done with the robot/dragon beastie... what happened to the poor thing? ; )

While I normally like dragons, it almost seems blasphemous to do this to a dragon. However based on artistic ability I would give it a 5, however there doesn't seem to be any effect from the frost blast on the human and he appears to have been hit quite hard so I have to drop it to 4.5
