This piece is sort of a photo collage. Each of the elements came from a different photo with a lot of color matching and digital manipualtion. The Flamingos were a late addition that I intended to be an anchor but I think they really make the piece. I did the whole thing in photoshop. I used filters to give it that painted effect and to help hide the seams.

Seams are well-hidden :) I gues the only thing that would say it's a photo collage is the way the light seems to come from different directions, but it's not that obvious anyway :)
