Hmm I love it I love it, though they are right it seems to be missing something... I think perhaps something that would stand out should you be looking for it... a set of red eyes perhaps that seem to 'Pop' out as you find them, or perhaps yes a spider or rat... something up close and personal saying "I got ya" not litterally but you know what I mean... or maybe even a ghost like figure looming in the background of sky other n that though I give you a 5, ide give more but i cant >.>

It's like a great big wedding cake in reverse, wonderful but it does lack something, perhaps a rat or a large spider? i love it though I wouldn't like to live in it LOL!

Amazing. The detail is ... insane. Love it.

The explanation of the creation of this image is quite simple really. I basically did a bunch of loose concept drawings. After some review with the other parties involved we went with this look. We were going for a creepy yet fun-house type look with this as the intended age was fairly young...somewhere in the YA genre. Once we had a agreed on the basic concept I went in an finished the details in Photoshop trying to keep in mind the limitations of creating a 3D game level. I mostly used the airbrush tool, some custom shapes and tons of layers in Photoshop. When working in layers I work from background to foreground and keep all of the elements associated with each object in one layer set.

Ahhh Lovely. Ive always wanted to be able to do things like this myself, after seeing this i dont feel there is much point. Very nice indeed, very clear if you will. I must ask, how did you creat this picture? Anyway, Love it, well Done.
