for a rapid sketch this one seems fine:)
although Ive noticed one thing: that you seem to be a lot interested in potraits and thats very nice )human face is one of the toughest (thats what I feel) and as you do more and more study one seems to improve in most of the aspects of drawing and proportions. probably a lil bit of fine tuning rapidly) will make this look even more better!
