Forgottensoul seems to have forgotten his mind as well, the areas he referred to as being unfinished or the parts that looked sharper are supposed to be that way, dunno if ya noticed but there's a slight shadow in this image and so her left eye and that side of her nose shouldn't be as sharp as the other side of her face that is in direct light.
Anyhow, I thought this was great image, photo reference>?

Looks nice, though it seems to offer that you can do better. There are some areas that seem to lack detail (nose and her left eye, our right), while others are far sharper and more detailed.
Overall, it shows promise.
