This looks like either the Michael Keaton version of Batman or the Val Kilmer one. I can't tell just from the bottom half of the face but it looks so familiar! As far as the contrast issue that Kelly brought up, I think all you need to do is lighten the background a little bit. GREAT JOB!

I like Batman, but this is a little too washed out for me... try making it a little more contrasted, and esp. around the neck. If you look hard enough you can tell that it's thicker, but at first glance it looks like it's only the skinny part that's showing up.
